These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and services offered through harmenfraanje.com: digital products such as scores and PDFs, the Personal Feedback Session, and — once available — the membership. digital products (scores and pdfs)
Digital products are delivered as downloads, available immediately after payment. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own study and performance. You may print copies for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, in any form. All copyrights remain with Harmen Fraanje.
right of withdrawal
Because digital products are delivered immediately, you expressly agree that delivery begins at the moment of purchase and that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer law. If a file proves defective or you were unable to download it, contact info@harmenfraanje.com and it will be resolved.
personal feedback session
A Personal Feedback Session consists of written feedback by email on one recording submitted by you. Feedback is normally sent within fourteen days of receiving your recording. The session is personal and non-transferable. Your recording is treated confidentially, is not shared with anyone, and is deleted after the feedback has been sent. The feedback reflects Harmen’s professional judgement and is advisory in nature; no specific results are guaranteed. Once the feedback has been delivered, the purchase cannot be refunded. If you cancel before submitting a recording, you will receive a full refund.
membership
The membership is a recurring subscription giving access to lesson videos, exercises, PDFs and other member content. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for the remainder of that period. Member content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced or distributed. Prices may change; existing members will be notified in advance and any change will only take effect from the next billing period. Harmen Fraanje may update, replace or retire individual pieces of content as the library evolves.
payment and prices
Payments are processed by the payment providers of the store platform. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT where applicable. An order is complete once payment has been received.
intellectual property
All content offered through harmenfraanje.com — scores, PDFs, lesson videos, recordings and texts — is protected by copyright held by Harmen Fraanje, unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a product or membership grants a licence to use the content as described above; it does not transfer any ownership or copyright.
liability
All products and services are provided with the greatest possible care. Harmen Fraanje’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
questions and complaints
If something is not right, please get in touch via info@harmenfraanje.com — complaints will be responded to within fourteen days. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of harmenfraanje.com will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
